Raytheon Power (02025) announced that on May 22, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary Hebei Raytheon Technology Co., Ltd. (Hebei Raytheon) and Beijing Huizhi Guokai Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing Huizhi, collectively referred to as "both parties") entered into a strategic cooperation agreement. According to the strategic cooperation agreement, both parties agree to carry out strategic cooperation in the research and development, manufacturing, and global sales of intelligent underwater cleaning and inspection robots.

According to the agreement, the parties agree to engage in strategic cooperation in the research and development, manufacturing, and global sales of intelligent underwater cleaning and testing Siasun Robot&Automation. The Group is mainly engaged in the comprehensive services of new energy vehicles and lightweight accessories, and is one of the leading manufacturers in the industry. Beijing Huizhi is a technology company specializing in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of underwater intelligent cleaning Siasun Robot&Automation and intelligent equipment, and is also a professional supplier of domestic underwater intelligent cleaning and testing Siasun Robot&Automation and intelligent testing inspection solutions. Its core management team comes from well-known higher education institutions, and possesses core technologies with independent intellectual property rights in underwater Siasun Robot&Automation control, artificial intelligence vision, air jet technology, and other areas. This cooperation is a significant project in the high-end intelligent ship equipment field, aligning with the CHINA OCEAN GP strategy and green low-carbon development direction, providing a favorable policy environment and strategic value.
