China Merchants Port (01199) announced that after the annual general meeting of shareholders, Mr. Li Minqiao (Mr. Li) resigned as an independent non-executive director and no longer serves as the chairman of the audit committee, nomination committee, and member of the remuneration committee of the company; Mr. Lin Yaojian, an independent non-executive director, was appointed as the chairman of the audit committee and nomination committee, as well as a member of the remuneration committee of the company; and Mr. Yang Liangyi, an independent non-executive director, was appointed as a member of the audit committee of the company.
COSCO SHIP PORT (01199) announced that Mr. Li Minqiao (Mr. Li) has retired as an independent non-executive director after the annual general meeting of shareholders, and will no longer serve as the chairman of the Audit Committee, the Nomination Committee, and as a member of the Remuneration Committee; Mr. Lam Yiu-kin, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as the chairman of the Audit Committee, the Nomination Committee, and as a member of the Remuneration Committee; and Mr. Yeung Leung-yee, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee.
