China Power Company (02380) announced that the company has completed the registration renewal of debt financing instruments (DFI) with the China Foreign Exchange Trading System & National Interbank Funding Center in the People's Republic of China (China). The registration is valid for a period of two years starting from January 2026. During this period, the company is allowed to issue various types of DFI, including but not limited to commercial paper, short-term financing bonds, medium-term notes, perpetual bonds, asset-backed notes, and green debt financing instruments.

The registration is valid for a period of two years starting from January 2026. During this period, the company is allowed to issue multiple types of DFIs, including but not limited to commercial paper, short-term notes, medium-term notes, perpetual notes, asset-backed notes, and green debt financing instruments. On May 21, 2026, the company issued the first tranche of medium-term notes for the current year (Medium-Term Notes - 2026 Tranche 1) in the amount of RMB 2 billion with an annual interest rate of 1.63%.
