Bao Sheng International (03813) announced that Mr. Chan Wai Chung has retired from all positions within the company, including independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, and member of the nomination committee and remuneration committee; and Ms. Leung Bik Yee has been appointed as independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, and member of the nomination committee and remuneration committee.
