DA YU FIN (01073) announced that Mr. Sun Zhiwei resigned as an independent non-executive director following the conclusion of the annual general meeting of shareholders; Ms. Lai Yingzhen has been formally appointed as an independent non-executive director. Following Mr. Sun Zhiwei's resignation as an independent non-executive director and the appointment of Ms. Lai Yingzhen as an independent non-executive director, Mr. Sun Zhiwei will no longer serve as the chairman of the company's nomination committee, and as a member of the company's audit committee and remuneration committee; Ms. Lai Yingzhen will assume the role as chairman of the nomination committee, and as a member of the audit committee and remuneration committee; and the current executive director, Ms. Li Ming, will no longer serve as a member of the nomination committee, all of which will take effect following the conclusion of the 2026 annual general meeting of shareholders.
