Subscribe to further financial products from TIMES NEIGHBOR (09928).

TIMES NEIGHBOR (09928) announced on May 22, 2026, that Times Money Transfer (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, acting as settlor and beneficiary) further subscribed to the first financial product with an investment amount of RMB 30 million. Apart from the subscription date and investment amount, the main terms of the third subscription are generally similar to the terms of the first subscription. The terms of Trust Agreement (1) (regarding the first financial product) will also apply to the third subscription. Furthermore, on May 22, 2026, Times Money Transfer (acting as settlor and beneficiary) entered into a Trust Agreement (3) with GF SEC (as investment adviser) and CFX Trust (as trustee) to subscribe to the third financial product with an investment amount of RMB 30 million. As of the date of this announcement, taking into account the previous subscription and the current subscription, the total unredeemed investment amounts subscribed by the Group for the first financial product, the second financial product, and the third financial product are RMB 45 million, RMB 25 million, and RMB 30 million respectively.
