China Securities Co., Ltd. is its sponsor institution, with plans to raise 1.41 billion yuan. Pinzhun Laser mainly focuses on quantum computing, quantum precise measurement, semiconductor domains such as wafer manufacturing, wafer quality inspection, wafer dicing, as well as cutting-edge research domains like laser interference lithography, laser remote sensing. It has developed a new precision laser technology route, introducing laser products with precise control over wavelength, linewidth, noise, power, pulse, etc., thus supporting the localization of China's quantum technology and semiconductor industry chain. Pinzhun Laser targets the demand for wide bandwidth, narrow linewidth, low noise, high power precision lasers in the fields of quantum computing and quantum precise measurement. It generates low-noise precision seed lasers from optical fiber DFB seed sources or semiconductor seed sources, amplifies power through optical fiber amplifiers, and then utilizes nonlinear frequency conversion technology for frequency doubling, sum frequency generation, difference frequency generation, etc. to obtain lasers in any wavelength range from 177 to 5000nm, with low noise, narrow linewidth, high power, tunability, meeting customers' needs for laser frequency locking, beam splitting, beam combining, frequency shifting, switching, and other optical integration services, and serving well-known domestic and international universities, research institutions, and quantum technology companies such as Customer A, China Academy of Sciences, Customer E, to support the rapid development of fundamental research and technological applications in the field of quantum technology. Additionally, the company's products are widely used in cutting-edge research fields such as laser interference lithography and laser remote sensing. In the domestic market, in the field of quantum technology, the company's customers are mainly universities, research institutions, and quantum technology companies. The company mainly promotes its products through participating in optical industry exhibitions, referrals from existing customers, continuing existing business, proactive visits, advertising on well-known online platforms, and other channels, and timely provides feedback to the research and development department on new technological or product needs, to help in securing orders from new and existing customers. In the semiconductor domain, the company actively visits industry customers, promptly understands customer needs, provides prototype trials based on these needs, continuously iterates on technology and products, actively expands new business modules in the semiconductor industry chain, and secures orders. Moreover, the company's products have a certain level of visibility in the industry, with some customers actively seeking advice on purchases from the company.
