In April 2026, CBHB (09668) successfully held the fifth comprehensive operational skills competition. The competition, with the theme of "Building a Strong Risk Defense and Protecting Financial Security," focused on frontline practical areas such as anti-fraud, anti-counterfeit currency, and optimizing payment services, through on-the-job training and skills competition, igniting a wave of on-the-job training and skills competition. The competition used a combination of "timed massive online knowledge quiz" and "optimization of payment services and anti-fraud and anti-counterfeit theme exhibition," receiving active responses from all levels of the bank. A total of 1956 participants participated in the online knowledge quiz, and 5888 participated in the bank-wide exhibition voting. Branches widely organized on-the-job training before the competition, focusing on practical case studies to arrange theme exhibitions, transforming anti-fraud and anti-counterfeit knowledge into practical combat skills. Through promoting learning through competition, the bank formed a good atmosphere emphasizing compliance and business together. After multiple rounds of competition, a total of 17 award-winning branches, 35 excellent business outlets, and 90 award-winning individuals were selected. This competition fully demonstrated the spirit of CBHB's operational staff's initiative, diligence, perseverance, and striving for excellence, effectively enhancing the practical value of promoting learning through competition, practice, and implementation, continuously strengthening the frontline staff's anti-fraud and anti-counterfeit combat capabilities, helping customers protect their "money bags" from the source. Next, CBHB's operational line will deepen the implementation of the bank-wide "nine-five-three-one" strategy, strengthen professional skills, cultivate compliance culture, and enhance value creation capabilities. The outstanding individuals and outlets emerged from the competition will serve as role models in their work, promoting the establishment of a long-term mechanism of "everyone understands risk control, everyone safeguards the bottom line" throughout the bank, injecting solid talent momentum and vigorous energy for the high-quality development of the entire bank.
