Guangdong Taienkang Pharmaceutical (301263.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Anhui Guangdong Taienkang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. recently received the "Drug Registration Certificate" for He Wei Zheng Chang Wan issued by the National Medical Products Administration. He Wei Zheng Chang Wan is a traditional Chinese medicine used to treat gastrointestinal diseases, with main functions of warming the middle and tonifying the stomach, regulating qi, and relieving pain. It can quickly regulate the digestive system, alleviate symptoms of abdominal pain and diarrhea, and has shown significant safety and efficacy. It is particularly well-known in China, especially in the coastal areas of Southeast China. Since 1999, the company has been the exclusive general agent for He Wei Zheng Chang Wan in China, responsible for promoting and selling the product domestically. The company has full authority over pricing and control of related sales channels and customer resources. In July 2023, the company signed a technology transfer contract with Thailand's Liwanshan Pharmaceutical Factory (Fishing Trademark), gaining full ownership of the production technology for He Wei Zheng Chang Wan in China.
