Zhejiang Yinlun Machinery (002126.SZ) announced that on May 20, 2026, its holding subsidiary Jiangsu Langxin Electric Co., Ltd. (Langxin Electric) disclosed the "Announcement on Issuing Shares to Qualified Investors and Listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange by Langxin Electric" as well as other related notices. With the approval of the Beijing Stock Exchange, Langxin Electric's shares will be listed on the exchange on May 22, 2026, and will be delisted from the National Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Share Transfer System on the same day. The listing of Langxin Electric on the Beijing Stock Exchange will help enhance the company's supply capabilities for automotive cooling modules and new energy vehicle cooling modules, strengthen its market competitiveness, further enhance Langxin Electric's and the company's sustainable profitability.
