Ganfeng Lithium Group (01772): Liu Chongliang appointed as independent non-executive director.

Ganfeng Lithium Group (01772) announced that on March 23, 2026 and March 30, 2026, the following matters were disclosed: (i) Mr. Xu Guanghua resigned as an independent non-executive director and was nominated as the chairman of the board nomination committee and a member of the board audit committee; and (ii) it was proposed to appoint Mr. Liu Chongliang (Mr. Liu) as an independent non-executive director. Since the shareholders have officially passed the resolution to appoint Mr. Liu as an independent non-executive director at the annual general meeting, his appointment will take effect on May 20, 2026, and will end on the day the sixth term of the board expires (unless re-elected). After the appointment of Mr. Liu, Mr. Xu Guanghua has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company, as his term has expired, and the Chairman of the Board Nomination Committee and member of the Audit Committee will take effect from May 20, 2026. Following Mr. Xu Guanghua's resignation as an independent non-executive director, Mr. Liu has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board Nomination Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, effective from May 20, 2026.
