MINIEYE (02431) announces that the term of office of the first board of directors will be extended until the day when the new board members are elected at the annual general meeting to be held on June 12, 2026. The board of directors resolved on May 20, 2026 to nominate (i) Dr. Liu Guoqing, Mr. Zhou Xiang, and Mr. Wang Qicheng for re-election as executive director candidates for the second board of directors; (ii) Ms. Liu Yiran for re-election, and Mr. Zhang Jianping for election as non-executive director candidates for the second board of directors; and (iii) Mr. Tan Kaiguo, Dr. Tan Mingkui for re-election, and Ms. Su Jia for election as independent non-executive director candidates for the second board of directors. At the same time, the employees of the company elected Mr. Yang Guang as the employee director and executive director of the second board of directors at the employees' representative assembly, with a term of three years, consistent with the term of the second board of directors. Among the members of the first board of directors, due to the expiration of their terms and work arrangements, Mr. Bi Lei and Dr. Xiang Yang will be re-appointed as non-executive directors and independent non-executive directors respectively after the relevant resolutions for the re-election or election of executive directors, non-executive directors, and independent non-executive directors are approved at the annual general meeting.
