IMPERIUM TEC GP (00776) Redeem Notes

IMPERIUM TEC GP (00776) announces that on November 3, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Empire Cloud, through its investment manager, subscribed to notes in the amount of HK$30 million (equivalent to approximately US$3.859 million). The notes were fully redeemed on March 30, 2026, and the Group received approximately HK$31.093 million (including net interest income of approximately HK$1.093 million after deducting applicable fees) upon redemption. The subscription was part of the Group's financial management and cash optimization activities, and was formally approved by the executive directors of the Company. The directors believe that the terms of the subscription are made on normal commercial terms, fair and reasonable, and that the subscription is in the overall best interests of the Company and its shareholders.
