Tianjin LVYIN Landscape and Ecology Construction (002887.SZ) announced that the company, together with Tianjin Haitang Entrepreneurship Investment Management Center (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Tianjin Haitang Entrepreneurship") and other partners, signed a "Tianjin Haitang Tonghui Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) Agreement" and jointly invested in the Tianjin Haitang Tonghui Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Haitang Tonghui Fund"). The total subscribed capital of all partners is RMB 412.01 million, of which the company subscribed with its own funds RMB 20.6 million, accounting for 4.9999% of the total subscribed capital. The company, together with Tianjin Haitang Entrepreneurship Investment Management Center (Limited Partnership) and other partners, also signed a "Tianjin Haitang Tongxin Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) Agreement" and jointly invested in the Tianjin Haitang Tongxin Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Haitang Tongxin Fund"). The total subscribed capital of all partners is RMB 438.276 million, of which the company subscribed with its own funds RMB 32.36 million, accounting for 7.3835% of the total subscribed capital.
