Lao Pu Gold (06181) announced that the board of directors was informed by the controlling shareholder of the company, Mr. Xu Dongbo, that on May 20, 2026, he purchased a total of 335,700 H shares of the company in the open market using his own funds (accounting for approximately 0.19% of the total issued shares of the company), with an increase in holdings of approximately HK$166 million. The above-mentioned increase in holdings is Mr. Xu Dongbo's personal action.

The above-mentioned increase was a personal action by Mr. Xu Dongbo.
Following the above-mentioned increase, the Company's controlling shareholders, Mr. Xu Gaoming, Mr. Xu Dongbo, and Beijing Hongqiao Jinji Consulting Co., Ltd., collectively hold 103 million shares of the Company (including 33.2029 million unlisted shares and 69.4877 million H shares), representing approximately 58.10% of the Company's issued share capital.
