TIME INTERCON (01729) has completed the issuance of a total of 138 million shares for subscription.

TIME INTERCON (01729) announced that all conditions of the placement agreement have been met, and the placement was completed on May 19, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement. A total of 138 million shares (approximately 6.60% of the company's existing issued share capital immediately before the completion of the placement, and approximately 6.19% of the company's issued share capital after the completion of the placement and the issuance of additional shares) were successfully placed with no less than six placees at a price of HK$21.00 per share. The net proceeds from the placement are approximately HK$2.885 billion.
