Zhejiang Taitan (003036.SZ) announced that on May 19, 2026, the Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a decision to issue a warning letter to Zhejiang Taitan Limited Company and related persons. The details are as follows: On August 18, 2025, the company signed a "Wuhu Linglan Kedan Private Equity Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement" with Linglan Private Equity Fund Management (Hainan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Linglan Management). The company, as a limited partner of Wuhu Linglan Kedan Private Equity Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as the partnership enterprise), invested 10 million yuan to subscribe for the fund shares of the partnership enterprise. At the same time, the company's related individual Pan Jing signed a "Partnership Agreement" with Linglan Management, with Pan Jing investing 2 million yuan as a limited partner to subscribe for the fund shares of the partnership enterprise. The company and the related individual jointly invested, with the investment amount exceeding 300,000 yuan, reaching the standards for board review and information disclosure. However, the company did not follow the regulations to timely conduct the review process and fulfill the disclosure obligations, and it was not until April 24, 2026, that the board of directors of the company reviewed and disclosed the relevant matters. The above actions of the company violated Article 42 of the "Measures for the Disclosure of Information by Listed Companies" (CSRC Order No. 226). Chen Yourong, the chairman of the board of directors, and Pan Xiaoxiao, the secretary of the board of directors, failed to fulfill their duty of diligence and responsibility in accordance with Articles 4 and 52(2) of the "Measures for the Disclosure of Information by Listed Companies" (CSRC Order No. 226), and bear primary responsibility for the company's aforementioned violation. According to Article 53 of the "Measures for the Disclosure of Information by Listed Companies" (CSRC Order No. 226), the Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau has decided to issue warning letters and supervisory measures to the company, Chen Yourong, and Pan Xiaoxiao, and record them in the integrity files of the securities and futures markets.
