SHENGHUI CLEAN (02521) subsidiary plans to acquire 70% of the equity of Hualidigital in Guangdong for 15.75 million yuan to enter the development of artificial intelligence systems.
Shenghui Cleaning (02521) announced that on May 18, 2026, Huali Digital Zhengzhou and the buyer (Guangzhou Tianyou Shenghui Digital Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a share transfer agreement. Under this agreement, the buyer agreed to purchase 70% equity of Huali Digital Guangdong from Huali Digital Zhengzhou for a price of 15.75 million RMB.
SHENGHUI CLEAN (02521) announced that on May 18, 2026, Huali Digital Zhengzhou and the buyer (Guangzhou Tianyou Shenghui Digital Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a share transfer agreement. Under this agreement, the buyer agreed to purchase 70% equity of Huali Digital Guangdong from Huali Digital Zhengzhou (i.e. the equity to be sold) for a price of RMB 15.75 million.
The directors believe that if the acquisition is completed, it will provide a great opportunity for the group to enter the artificial intelligence system development and related service market, and further strengthen the capabilities of Huali Digital Guangdong in AI-driven services, expanding the group's sources of income. Additionally, it will further diversify the portfolio of AI-driven services offered by Huali Digital Guangdong.
