EVERGREEN PG (01962) appoints Jiang Xuxi and Zheng Wende as independent non-executive directors.

EVERGREEN PG (01962) announced that Mr. Sin Hon Tai has retired as an independent non-executive director of the company and will no longer serve as the chairman of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee. Mr. Sit Yuet Ting has retired as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the chairman of the Remuneration Committee, as well as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee. Mr. Jiang Xuxi has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and will serve as the chairman of the Audit Committee, as well as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee. Mr. Zheng Wende has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and will serve as the chairman of the Remuneration Committee, as well as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee. The above changes will take effect from May 15, 2026.
