CNQC INT'L (01240) awarded five construction project contracts.

CNQC INT'L (01240) announces that the group has recently been awarded four construction contracts in Hong Kong and one in Singapore, namely: (i) The Hong Kong Housing Authority awarded a major contract for the construction of public housing in Wong Chuk Hang, Yuen Long on January 2, 2026 to a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company (Wong Chuk Hang Contract). (ii) The Hong Kong Housing Authority awarded another major contract for the construction of public housing in Po Shek Wu, Sheung Shui on March 11, 2026 to the same subsidiary of the company (Po Shek Wu Contract). (iii) Lingnan University awarded a major contract for the T-Plus project on March 13, 2026 to the same subsidiary of the company (Lingnan Contract). (iv) The Hong Kong Housing Authority awarded a major contract for the foundation works of Phase III public housing development in Leung Tin, Yuen Long on May 13, 2026 to another subsidiary of the company (Leung Tin Contract). And (v) Singapore Housing & Development Board awarded a major contract for the construction of sections A and B of the CV project on April 30, 2026 to another subsidiary of the company (CV Project Contract, along with the Wong Chuk Hang Contract, Po Shek Wu Contract, and Lingnan Contract collectively referred to as these contracts). If all the construction works mentioned in these contracts are completed, the total contract value of the five contracts is estimated to be approximately HK$6.91 billion (including contingent items). The Wong Chuk Hang Contract is expected to be completed by November 2028, the Po Shek Wu Contract by March 2029, the Lingnan Contract by December 2026, the Leung Tin Contract by May 2028, and the CV Project Contract by October 2029. Due to the inclusion of contingent items in the contract value, the actual contract value obtained by the group from these contracts may not necessarily be equal to the contract value.
