Approval of the share transfer for CHINA ECOTOUR (01371) granted

CHINA ECOTOUR (01371) announces that the company has applied to the High Court of Hong Kong for a recognition order regarding the transfer of the company's shares, which was approved by the High Court of Hong Kong on May 15, 2026. After the company has been granted the recognition order, despite the application being made, all transfers of issued and fully paid-up shares of the company will not be void under Section 182 of the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance from the date of the application.
