HAIZHI TECH GP(02706): Long Yu resigns as a non-executive director.

HAIZHI TECH GP (02706) announced that Ms. Long Yu has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company, effective from May 15, 2026, in order to allocate more time to handle other matters. Starting from May 15, 2026, Mr. Li Jiaqing, a non-executive director, will no longer be a member of the Board's audit committee, while independent non-executive director Mr. Ma Yanming has been appointed as a member of the audit committee. After the above changes, the audit committee is comprised of the following three members: Mr. Li Shupai (Chairman), Mr. Zhang Yifan, and Mr. Ma Yanming.
