PHOENIX TV (02008) announced that on October 10, 2025, PHOENIX TV (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into the first cooperation agreement with Bauhinia Culture Hong Kong. Bauhinia Culture Hong Kong entrusted PHOENIX TV with the first program under the first cooperation agreement. Subsequently, to further enhance the coverage and exposure of the first program, on April 29, 2026, the same contracting parties entered into the second cooperation agreement, under which Bauhinia Culture Hong Kong entrusted PHOENIX TV with the second program under the second cooperation agreement. To showcase the overseas dissemination and development of traditional Chinese medicine culture, on May 15, 2026 (after trading hours), the same contracting parties entered into the third cooperation agreement, which involved Bauhinia Culture Hong Kong entrusting PHOENIX TV with the provision of services for the third program under the third cooperation agreement. The new program is a series of documentary programs (approximately 8 to 12 episodes, with a total duration of no less than 300 minutes) with traditional Chinese medicine culture as the main theme, focusing on the dissemination and development of traditional Chinese medicine culture overseas. Bauhinia Culture Hong Kong entrusted PHOENIX TV to produce the new program, which will be promoted and broadcast on PHOENIX TV's television channel (specific channel and broadcast arrangements will be confirmed by both parties later) and other new media platforms within the group. In addition to the new program, PHOENIX TV must produce no less than 100 short video products for dissemination on the group's new media platforms and conduct two offline promotional activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, forums, etc., regarding the new program. As an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, PHOENIX TV is the holder of a non-local television program service license issued by the Office of the Telecommunications Authority of Hong Kong. The main business includes managing and operating several satellite TV channels under this license. As part of its daily operations and general business, PHOENIX TV and other members of the group also produce programs and content materials for broadcast on PHOENIX TV's television channels or other television operators' channels (including, but not limited to, channel 85's PHOENIX TV Hong Kong channel) and other new media platforms within the group. They also collaborate with other third-party organizations (including, but not limited to, private and public sectors, educational institutions, etc.) to produce, broadcast, and promote special programs with special interests of such third-party organizations (such as introducing or promoting the organization and/or industry, the areas or topics related to these organizations). It is expected that the cooperation under these agreements will bring additional income to the group and complement the advertising sales and brand awareness aspects.
