Yueta International Holdings (00629) announced that Mr. Zhang Tingji (Mr. Zhang) and Ms. Zhang Yan (Ms. Zhang) have retired during the shareholders' annual meeting and will not seek re-election as independent non-executive directors in order to devote more time to other responsibilities. After their retirement, Mr. Zhang will also no longer serve as the Chairman of the company's Audit Committee, while Ms. Zhang will no longer serve as the Chairman of the company's Remuneration Committee and as a member of the company's Audit Committee and Nomination Committee.
