Xingye Holdings (00132) announced that on May 14, 2026, its subsidiary Green Gold Leasing entered into a finance lease with the lessee (Gansu Ruiying Heat Energy Co., Ltd.) for a consideration of RMB 25 million to transfer ownership of certain designated heating equipment and facilities located in Lanzhou, Gansu Province, China to the lessee. The leased assets will be leased back to the lessee for its use and possession for a period of six years.

HING YIP HLDGS(00132) announced that on May 14, 2026, its subsidiary GreenGold Leasing entered into a financing lease agreement with the lessee (Gansu Ruiying Heat Co., Ltd.) for the transfer of ownership of assets for a consideration of RMB 25 million. The lessee will rent back the assets for their use and possession for a period of six years. The assets include several specified heating equipment and facilities located in Lanzhou, Gansu Province, China.
