HK Stock Market Move | CHINA RUYI(00136) rose over 5% at the closing bell and signed a game cooperation framework agreement with Tencent. Ruyi Film Entertainment has been renamed Ruyi Films.
Chinese Confucianism rose over 4% in the final trading session, with an increase of 5.04% at the time of writing, reaching 1.46 Hong Kong dollars with a trading volume of 117 million Hong Kong dollars.
CHINA RUYI (00136) rose more than 5% at the close, with a 5.04% increase to HK$1.46 as of the time of writing, with a turnover of HK$1.17 billion.
In terms of news, recently, CHINA RUYI signed a game cooperation framework agreement for the year 2026 with Tencent's representative company. The cooperation includes four models: distribution cooperation, joint operation cooperation, marketing services, and exclusive agency. Under the agreement, 12 cooperative products are being planned, and are expected to be launched sequentially from 2026 to 2027. According to public information, TENCENT indirectly owns about 15.37% of CHINA RUYI.
It is worth noting that by acquiring 100% equity of Wanda Investment, CHINA RUYI has become the indirect controlling shareholder and actual controller of Ruyi Film Entertainment, while maintaining cooperation in business. In April this year, Ruyi Film Entertainment officially changed its name to Ruyi Film, marking CHINA RUYI's completion of a key layout in the national offline scene. Ruyi Film recently stated that the company will focus on creating a "super entertainment space".
