V&V TECH (08113) plans "2 for 1" rights issue
Sitong Technology (08113) announced that the Board of Directors has recommended a rights issue of 1 new share for every 2 shares held at a subscription price of HK$0.450 per share, with a maximum total amount to be raised of approximately HK$32.7 million through the issuance of up to 72.6812 million new shares (excluding expenses) (assuming the number of shares issued has not changed as of the record date or before). However, the increase in share capital must be effective before the rights issue can proceed.
