On May 13th, Suzhou Green Control Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Green Control Transmission) successfully passed the listing committee meeting of the ChiNext Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. CICC is the sponsor institution, with a planned fundraising of 1.58 billion yuan.
The prospectus shows that Green Control Transmission is one of the leading enterprises in the domestic new energy commercial vehicle electric drive system industry. Based on the innovation of electric drive system-related technologies, the company provides customers with electric drive systems, components, and related technology development and services. The company's main products are electric drive systems for new energy commercial vehicles, mainly used in pure electric, hybrid, and fuel cell commercial vehicles as well as non-road mobile machinery.
