After deducting all applicable costs and expenses, the net proceeds from the subscription will be approximately HK$77.2 million, with a net issue price of HK$0.80 per share. The Group intends to use the proceeds from the subscription for approximately HK$38.635 million (equivalent to approximately 50% of the net proceeds from the subscription) for the payment of the Group's day-to-day operating funds, including salaries and benefits (50%), and business expansion expenses (50%); and approximately HK$38.635 million (equivalent to approximately 50% of the net proceeds from the subscription) to repay debts.
