Ningbo Construction (601789.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Ningbo Construction Joy Building Engineering Co., Ltd. ("Building Joy") recently received a "Winning Bid Notice" issued by the tenderer Ningbo Mingjiang Real Estate Co., Ltd. and the tender agent Ningbo International Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. According to the "Winning Bid Notice" and the tender documents, Building Joy won the bid for the A6-2# plot project in the eastern core area of the new city in the east of Ningbo, with a bid price of 945 million yuan.
