Applied Optoelectronics (AAOI.US) rose more than 11% at one point, but as of the time of writing, the stock's increase has narrowed to 5.8%. Lumentum (LITE.US) also rose more than 2%, reaching a new all-time high. POET Technologies (POET.US) surged more than 5%.
