Agricultural Bank of China (01288) announced that, due to work adjustments, Mr. Liu Xiaopeng has requested to resign from the positions of non-executive director of the Agricultural Bank of China Limited, member of the Board's Strategic Planning and Sustainable Development Committee, Vice Chairman and member of the Audit Committee, and member of the Risk Management and Consumer Rights Protection Committee and the US Regional Institution Risk Committee.
