Bao Long Real Estate (01238) announced that a total of 454 plan creditors holding a total of $3,255,599,086 in principal and accrued unpaid interest (accounting for approximately 96.0% of the total plan creditors) will participate in the plan meeting. Among these plan creditors, a total of 445 plan creditors holding a total of $2,912,628,825 in principal and accrued unpaid interest voted in favor of the plan (meaning the majority of plan creditors who attended the meeting in person or by proxy and voted at the meeting, representing approximately 89.5% of the total plan creditors who voted at the meeting). The plan has received the necessary approval from the majority of plan creditors.
