Huiguo Environmental Protection (02613) announced that the company has recently received a notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission regarding the record filing for the full circulation of H shares. According to the record filing notice, the company has completed the record filing with the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the implementation of full circulation of H shares (i.e. converting 30 million domestic shares to H shares). The record filing notice will be valid for 12 months from April 27, 2026. The company will apply to the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange for approval to list and trade the relevant H shares on the Stock Exchange.
