Shibei High-tech (600604.SH) announced that the company plans to invest 40 million yuan in Shanghai Bilinxing Fourth Phase Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) through capital increase with its own funds. After this investment is completed, the company will hold 12.90% stake in the partnership enterprise as a limited partner. The partnership enterprise mainly focuses on global leading, major innovative high-end medical devices, life science tools, biopharmaceuticals, and biotechnology materials companies.

The partnership mainly focuses on global leading and innovative high-end medical equipment, life science tools, biopharmaceuticals, and biomaterial companies.
