Adjusted EBITDA was 3.6 billion Hong Kong dollars, up 8% year-on-year but down 17% quarter-on-quarter. The quarterly performance was affected by luck factors. In the fourth quarter of 2025, the group's adjusted EBITDA was 4.3 billion Hong Kong dollars, including an increase of approximately 730 million Hong Kong dollars due to higher net win rate; however, in the first quarter this decreased by approximately 2 million Hong Kong dollars due to a lower net win rate. Excluding win rate factors, the adjusted EBITDA remained stable compared to the previous quarter. The business performance during the Lunar New Year period was steady, similar to last year, and showed continued strength after the holiday.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the group's adjusted EBITDA was HK$4.3 billion, which included an increase of approximately HK$730 million due to the high net win rate; however, in the first quarter, it decreased by approximately HK$2 million due to a low net win rate. Excluding the win rate factors, the adjusted EBITDA remained flat compared to the previous quarter. The business performance during the Lunar New Year period was robust and similar to last year, with continued strength in business performance after the holidays. The balance sheet of Galaxy remains healthy and highly liquid, with cash and liquid investments totaling HK$39.2 billion. This financial strength enables us to invest in future development, explore overseas opportunities, and return capital to shareholders through dividends. The final dividend of HK$0.80 per share, as recommended by the Galaxy Board of Directors, will be paid in June 2026, reflecting the group's continued confidence in the longer-term prospects of Macau as a whole, and particularly in Galaxy.
