(referred to as Dongsheng Industrial) submitted its listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with GF SEC as its exclusive sponsor. The prospectus shows that Dongsheng Industrial is a company with a comprehensive business model based on the hierarchical utilization of phosphorus resources throughout the entire life cycle. According to Frost & Sullivan data, the company's domestic sales of industrial grade monoammonium phosphate (MAP) in 2025 ranks eighth in the industry in China, and its domestic sales of diammonium phosphate (DAP) in 2025 also ranks eighth in China. The company's vertically integrated business covers the entire industry chain, including phosphate mining, ore selection, sulfuric acid preparation, phosphoric acid production, phosphate ammonium product manufacturing, and green recycling of phosphogypsum.
