CHINA RES LAND (01109) announces that the current auditor, KPMG, will retire at the end of the upcoming shareholders' annual meeting and will not be reappointed.
Furthermore, upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the new auditor for the company after the retirement of KPMG on May 11, 2026. This appointment is subject to approval by the shareholders at the annual meeting.
