Ms. Selena has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Joint Company Secretary, with her appointment as Company Secretary effective from May 11, 2026, and her term will expire concurrently with the Fourth Board of Directors. As Ms. Selena currently does not possess the qualifications or relevant experience required by Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules, the company has applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for exemptions from strict compliance with the provisions under Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules. The appointment of Ms. Selena as Joint Company Secretary will be effective from the date the exemption is granted by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with her term expiring concurrently with the Fourth Board of Directors.
