Ningbo Joy Intelligent Logistics Technology (301198.SZ) announced that its shareholder Ningbo Wangke Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise (limited partnership) (referred to as "Wangke Enterprise"), which holds 6.20% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding and/or block trading within 3 months after the disclosure of this reduction plan, starting from the day of the announcement for a period of 15 trading days, with a total reduction of up to 5,070,000 shares, not exceeding 3% of the company's total share capital.
