China Resources MIXC (01209) proposed to appoint Deloitte Kwun Hung Chan as the new auditor.
China Resources Mixc Lifestyle (01209) announced that KPMG will serve as the company's independent auditor starting from June 2023, and will withdraw after the company's annual general meeting on June 8, 2026. Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, on May 11, 2026, the board of directors proposed to appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants LLP as the new auditor of the company after the resignation of KPMG, subject to approval by the shareholders at the annual general meeting.
CHINA RES MIXC (01209) announced that KPMG will serve as the company's independent auditor starting from June 2023, and will retire after the company's annual general meeting on June 8, 2026. Upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the board of directors decided on May 11, 2026 to appoint DeloitteKwong Chan Fong as the new auditor of the company after KPMG's retirement. This appointment will be subject to approval by the company's shareholders at the annual general meeting.
