The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission has noted that there are online videos that entice the public to use the StableStock platform, claiming that it can be used to subscribe to Hong Kong IPOs with virtual currencies. StableStock also claims to be working with another company, HabitTrade.
In fact, StableStock and HabitTrade have not been licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. They are not allowed to conduct any regulated activities in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission has listed StableStock and HabitTrade in the warning list.
