In terms of completed investment properties, the occupancy rate for Pacific Place is 96%, with a 14% decrease in rent; Pacific Place (overall) has an occupancy rate of 89%, with a 14% decrease in rent; the occupancy rate for Island East Centre and One Pacific Place is 91%; and the occupancy rate for other office buildings in Pacific Place is 88%, with a 14% decrease in rent. In mainland China, the occupancy rate for Taikoo Hui office building is 90% and the occupancy rate for One Taikoo Place is 96%; while the occupancy rate for One and Two Exchange Square in Hong Kong is 95%.
