PATEO (02889) has completed the issuance of 895,980 shares of subscribed shares.
Bright Car Association (02889) announced that all the preconditions under the subscription agreement have been met and/or waived (if applicable), and the completion will be implemented on May 6, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. According to the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement, a total of 895,980 shares have been subscribed at a subscription price of HK$127.35 per share and issued to the subscriber, representing approximately 1.19% of the company's existing issued H shares immediately before completion; and approximately 1.18% of the company's issued H shares after the issuance of the subscription shares.

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement, a total of 895,980 shares of subscribed shares have been issued and distributed to the subscriber at a subscription price of HK$127.35 per share, representing approximately 1.19% of the Company's existing issued H shares immediately before completion; and after the issuance and distribution of the subscribed shares, approximately 1.18% of the Company's issued H shares have been increased.
