Cofoe Medical Technology (01187) announced that in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Measures for the Implementation of Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect Business" and the "Measures for the Implementation of Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect Business", Cofoe Medical Technology Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company")'s shares issued and listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (hereinafter referred to as "H Shares") will be included in the list of securities eligible for Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect (collectively referred to as "Stock Connect") starting from May 6, 2026. After the inclusion of the Company's H Shares in the list of securities eligible for Stock Connect, qualified mainland Chinese investors will be able to directly invest in the Company's H Shares listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited through the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. This will help to further expand the Company's investor base and potentially increase the trading liquidity of the Company's H Shares.
