DeTai Service Group (02215) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has been informed by Mr. Hu Yiping (Mr. Hu), the controlling shareholder of the Company (as defined in the Listing Rules), that the High Court of the British Virgin Islands issued a bankruptcy order against him on May 5, 2026 (British Virgin Islands time) and ruled him bankrupt. As of the date of this announcement, the Company is owned by Sunflower International Limited, which holds a 57.65% stake, and Sunflower International Limited is owned by Mr. Hu with a 91.6% stake.

As of the date of this announcement, the Company is owned 57.65% by Shenfu International Limited, which is 91.6% owned by Mr. Hu.
The board of directors hereby emphasizes that the bankruptcy order is directed at Mr. Hu and not the Group or any of its assets. Mr. Hu ceased to be the chairman and executive director of the board on April 28, 2026. Therefore, it is expected that the bankruptcy order will not have any significant impact on the financial performance and current business operations of the Group.
Upon the issuance of the bankruptcy order, Mr. Hu's assets (including his interests in Shenfu International Limited) will be transferred to the Official Receiver and/or the trustee in bankruptcy, who may dispose of these interests in accordance with the applicable laws of the British Virgin Islands. As a result, there may be changes in the Company's controlling shareholder in the future. As of the date of this announcement, the Company has not received any notifications regarding such proposed disposals or changes.
The Company has applied to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading in the Company's shares with effect from 1:00 p.m. on May 6, 2026.
