JOHNSON HLDGS (01955) subsidiary secures HKD 230 million street cleaning services new contract with Food and Environmental Hygiene Department.

Johnson Holdings (01955) has announced that its wholly-owned indirect subsidiary, John's Limited, has been awarded a three-year contract by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government to provide street cleaning services in specific areas of the outlying islands, starting from April 1, 2026, with a total value of approximately HK$230 million. In addition, the Group's wholly-owned indirect subsidiary, Wah's Security Services Limited, has also successfully obtained a security services contract from a major public transport operator in Hong Kong, with a duration of three years and a total value of approximately HK$25 million, commencing services on March 1, 2026.
