HKE Holdings (01726) announced that Zhonghui Anda Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from May 4, 2026. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has appointed Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. as the new auditor, effective from May 4, 2026, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Zhonghui's resignation, and will serve until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
