EPRINT GROUP (01884) subsidiary signs a new lease agreement for machinery and equipment.

EPRINT GROUP (01884) announced that on May 4, 2026, a new lease agreement was signed between Pono Time (as the lessee) and Canon (as the lessor) for the lease of machine equipment, with a term from June 2026 to May 2028. The total cost under the new lease agreement is 3.36 million Hong Kong dollars. The machine equipment consists of an imagePRESS V1000 and an ImagePRESS Server D3000. The Group has been using digital printing equipment with similar specifications to provide printing services to Hong Kong customers. The directors believe that entering into the new lease agreement will enable the Group to maintain and potentially enhance its production capacity, improve the efficiency and quality of its printing services to meet its business needs. Given the specifications and functions of the machine equipment, as well as the cost of similar equipment in the market, the directors believe that the terms of the new lease agreement are fair and reasonable, and have been negotiated on normal commercial terms.
