PANGAEA CONNECT (01473) has issued an announcement regarding a strategic shareholder agreement and the appointment of Mr. Xu Youjian as a non-executive director based on this agreement. The Board of Directors has announced that the parties to the strategic shareholder agreement have reached a mutual agreement to no longer continue investing in the target company and have therefore entered into a cancellation agreement dated April 30, 2026.
